About Domestireg
As a Human Resource director for over 20 years , and a domestic employer myself, dealing with personnel and asking investigative questions comes naturally.
I realized many of us were less stringent, careful or just didn’t know the right questions to ask or redflags when hiring domestics into our homes. We are here to guide you.
We must register, report and warn others from hiring these people. We could save many from harm, the trauma of theft, living with a potentially infectious or dangerous person and create awareness within the community. It was with this passion Domestireg was started.

Why Vet and Check
Medical and Background checks are some of the very important processes which should be followed by every employer to hire only the best employee for specific jobs especially those exposed to your home and your loved ones. Talking through interviews are not enough. Candidates line up for the selection process looking and saying the right things, but, according to research, many resumes/references submitted contain fabricated information, and the only way to figure that out is by performing a pre-employment checks.
Some of the consequences or risks of not doing a background check are: – The potential employee could be dangerous– People with a criminal past are more likely to be fired for misconduct. An employer has the right to examine the criminal history of the candidate. The only way to truly obtain the information about the employee’s criminal record is to do a background check.
There have been many reports of Domestics, stealing, poisoning, molesting, kidnapping, raping, and conniving with thieves to steal.
